A.) Terms of Service
These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of this website. These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions. Lead Time Scale
The production lead time is depending on the project size. Small family trees or pedigree charts could be finished within a few weeks. A large project (e.g. 100 name plates or more) could afford a lead time scale of min. 3-4 month. Please bear in mind that shipment could last additional 1-2 weeks depending on the country of destination. Contact us if you prefer faster processing. Maybe then we can get priority to your project and / or get a faster shipping method. However, an express order can be associated with higher costs.
Modifications
We’ll send you a photograph of the completed painting for your approval. Upon receipt of the preview, we can make some corrections on request. We reserve the right to take up to 3 corrective actions. If the artwork does not meet the customer’s wishes after the thurd correction, the order can be reversed on both sides. The customer receives the image price back (except for the deposit payment made).
If no corrections are necessary, we will prepare the artwork for shippment.
Delivery Policy
We send our pictures in most cases with the service of DHL. It is an insured shipping with a tracking number, which we will send you directly after the franking.
We can not accept responsibility for any disruptions or delays in delivery as we, as third parties, have no control over the work of the shipping company. However, we guarantee that we use very secure forms of packaging for shipping in order to exclude damage on long shipping routes as far as possible.
Check the package for damage immediately after receiving it. If the package and the painting are damaged, you must submit your claim directly to the delivery company. Contact us so we can probably support you.
Payment
Pricing
Our prices depend on the project size and the estimated workload. They are total prices including all potential corrections. If the working time exceeds the expected time, this is always on our responsibility and without additional costs for the customer.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the estimated costs should be made after confirmation of the order. The second half of the remuneration is due within 14 days after recieving the final digital review of the finished artwork.
Taxes & Import fees
Depending on the country of delivery, taxes and / or customs duties may apply. Due to the different legal conditions, we can not give you any competent information. Please inquire in advance of the order about the import conditions of your country.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer, PayPal
If you prefer a different payment method, please let us know before ordering. Then we can check if this would be suitable for us.
Our prices are quoted in US-$. We can also convert the remunenration into €, especially for our European customers.
Withdrawal & Refund
You can revoke your order informally at any time until the order confirmation. The order confirmation is made as soon as both parties agree to the preparation of a work of art. Immediately after the order confirmation and the transmission of the data a down payment of 50% of the picture price is due. This deposit covers all primary, incidental costs of the artist and is in principle not reimbursable.
After the drawing process, you will receive the photographed painting by e-mail. Should minor corrections or changes be necessary, they will be made by us without additional charge. A complete redraw would be associated with follow-up costs, which we would of course inform you. If you do not like the result even after the corrections, we will not charge you any costs. The deposit will not be refunded.

C.) Copyright
The content and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, processing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. As far as the contents on this side were not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are considered. In particular contents of third parties are marked as such. If you should still be aware of a copyright infringement, we ask for a note. Upon notification of violations, we will remove such content immediately.
